The Zongshen GB210 is a 0.2 L (208 cc, 12.69 cu·in) natural aspirated single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled internal combustion small gasoline engine with a horizontal shaft, manufactured by Zongshen Power Co for general-purpose applications.
The Zongshen GB210 engine has a single-cylinder, overhead valve (OHV) design, and recoil starter. This engine used a carburetor fuel system, transistorized magneto ignition system, splash type lubricating system, and forced-air cooling system. The ZS GB210 is equipped with a 2.6 L (0.69 US. gal. 0.57 Imp. gal.) fuel tank.
The Zongshen GB210 engine produced 5.8 PS (4.3 kW; 5.8 HP) at 3,600 rpm of maximum output power and 11.5 N·m (1.2 kg·m, 8.5 ft·lb) of peak torque.

Service Data
The 4-stroke engine oil with a viscosity of SAE 10W-30 is recommended for the GB210, refilling oil capacity is 0.6 L (0.63 US. qt, 0.53 Imp. qt.). The valve clearance is 0.10-0.15 mm (0.004-0.006 in) for intake valves and 0.15-0.20 mm (0.006-0.008 in) for exhaust valves.

In the era while B&D was buying Craftsman I purchased from a Sears Store (March 2017) a Craftsman rear tine tiller. Is it quite likely this Zongshen GB210 is the engine on that tiller? I can see on the engine a numerical engraving and I can see a label with a lot number and a serial number, however, I haven’t seen anything identifying the manufacturer or model.
