The Kubota D1803 is a 1.8 L (1,826 cc, 111.4 cu·in) natural aspirated three-cylinders four-stroke liquid-cooled internal combustion vertical diesel engine, manufactured by Kubota for general-purpose applications.
An 87.0 mm (3.43 in) cylinder bore and an 102.4 mm (4.04 in) piston stroke give the D1803 engine a total of 1,826 cc of displacement. The compression ratio rating is 23.8:1.
The D1803-M-E engine produced 36.6 PS (26.9 KW; 36.1 HP) at 2,800 rpm of the net (intermittent) horsepower and 31.7 PS (23.3 KW; 31.2 HP) at 2,800 rpm of net (continuous) horsepower.
